Here’s what I’ve accomplished: I designed and implemented the standard operating procedures for 8 major hospitals, supporting 40 recruiters and 300 hiring managers. I’ve also managed two applicant tracking system implementation projects, ensuring smooth transitions and optimized recruitment operations. Additionally, I built a talent acquisition data infrastructure for a tech start-up, which played a key role in scaling the business to a national model.
